Please keep in mind that Confluence is a federally funded program. All of our partnerships and AmeriCorps positions are contingent upon receipt of this funding on an annual basis.

Project Supervisors will conduct all initial interviews and recommend top candidates to Confluence by mid July. Confluence will conduct final interviews and offer positions.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis unless a specific deadline is listed in the position description. If you have a question about a specific position or timeline, email the Project Supervisor/Mentor.
