Confluence AmeriCorps Leadership Development includes Team Meetings & National Service Events, the Leadership Development Series, Individual Development, and the Change Agent Project (CAP).

Team Meetings + National Service Days

$50 for honorariums, materials, supplies, space rental, and food

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT IDEAS
Members will complete 1206 total hours (100%)
● 960 service hours (80%) will be dedicated to your service site
● 240 development hours (20%) will be dedicated to building your professional and leadership skills
Confluence will fill approximately 106 development hours with scheduled training and events, which leaves you with approximately 135 hours to spend on your Change Agent Project & other Individual Development opportunities that you want to explore.
Don’t forget about the Leadership Development Fund! Confluence offers all Members a training fund of $50 to help offset the cost of leadership and career development activities during their term of service.
